George Square Financial Management is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join our busy team at our city centre office in Nottingham.

About the role

As a Paraplanner at George Square, you will assist our team of financial advisers with the preparation of suitability reports for our clients across a range of financial services, including annual reviews, new investments, pension transfers and drawdowns, protection and annuities. You will also be responsible for researching investment opportunities and conducting detailed analysis of a wide range of platforms and providers, creating illustrations and obtaining all required documentation for a case to go ahead. Ensuring regulatory compliance throughout is also the responsibility of the Paraplanner.

This is a full time position with immediate start available.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Paraplanner is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in report writing.
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Qualifications in financial planning or related fields is desirable but not essential.
