George Square Financial Management is celebrating ten years of providing independent financial planning solutions and mortgage advice across the region.
Founded in 2012 by managing director George Goward, George Square set out to provide first-class independent financial advice to individuals and businesses, delivered by a highly experienced team of professionals.
“The firm’s corporate expansion plan has been focused on the creation of a highly experienced team of financial experts,” explains George Goward, “central to which was the creation of a ten-strong team of advisers, each with specialist knowledge in individual elements of our portfolio of independent financial advice, from financial planning, investments and pensions to tax planning and mortgage advice.”
“It has been an exciting time for the business, which has continued to develop in line with the corporate expansion plans – especially for the firm to reach the goal of a ten-strong team of independent financial advisers on board in time for its tenth anniversary. We have recorded sustained growth in demand for our independent financial advice throughout our ten years of operation, and are in excellent shape as we begin the next decade.”
George adds: “George Square’s values and approach have earned us a formidable reputation in Nottingham and across the region, which in turn has meant we attract and retain sector-leading talent and experts. Every member of our team has the skills, knowledge and attention to detail for which the firm is known, particularly by our portfolio of clients, many of whom have been with us since the firm began.”
Throughout its history, George Square has remained committed to supporting Nottingham charities and regional charitable causes, among them Age UK Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, The Lois Harnett Ball, Nottingham Children’s Hospital at Queen’s Medical Centre, and Prostate UK.
